Here at Stooges Barkey our dog treats are homemade with fresh ingredients and time. We take pride in our treats and would like to share that with you. If you are not satisfied for any reason, your order may be partially refunded or fully within 30 days of receipt.
We offer refunds for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your refund reasoning is accepted. Store credit will be offered given in the cost of the items purchased, minus initial shipping fees and taxes. Tax and Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders that are eligible for full refunds

We will refund your order if it has not arrived in its expected time frame. We insure our treats are fresh upon the estimated arrival time, if you do not get them on time, we will issue you a refund because Stooges Barkey promised fresh treats for your pups.

We will refund your order if it has gone missing due to shipping.
Order that are not eligible for refunds

We do not refund orders on treats that arrive broken; we ship them with secure packaging, once they are in shipping we can’t guarantee how they are handled.

Stooges Barkery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility and will direct you to the carrier at fault for resolution.

We do not refund orders on treats with dissatisfied pups, although we hope they love, them some pups might not. However, we can offer a discount on your next order.

We do not refund orders for ingredients, we use fresh ingredients and are shipped out accordingly. We send you the information on how to store them properly once they have arrived. All ingredients are listed under the product with a time frame of how to store them so you have a brief idea before you get them. You will only receive fresh treats from Stooges Barkey.
